I tried downloading my email from website this morning and Thunderbird said it couldn't access it the server. Then I tried loading my website - to no avail. Does anyone have any idea what's going on? Hi guys, i got hosted yesterday and i loged on to my file manager and deleted all the files in there i replaced them with my site including the index.htm page and now when i try to view it it says no page found!!! i dont no why this is as with my site when i payed for hosting from one.net it was as simple as using the run program and typing in mt ftp:\\ account copy the index.htm file and i was up and running! I just bought the domain www.itasor.com from 1and1.com and i can change the DNS things to ns1.trap17.com and ns2.trap17.com BUTI was using it for a webfoward domain (foward to itasor.trap17.com)When i change the DNS settings there is no way for me to TURN OFF the web foward. Making My New Domain Name With Trap17
ok i went into the hosting account center to make myself a new domain name. now instead of www.boaw.trap17.com/nuke i want it to be www.boawcrew.com.. so i clicked in change domain name and they asked me for my username n password but after that they wanted me to make my new domain and for the examples they have it lke XXXXXXX.com, and thats where im abit confused cuz im not sure if i should put in the www. before the name or not. im not sure if that really matters either.

I've configured the DNS servers of ds-portal.net to ns1.trap17.com and ns2.trap17.com, and left the additional nameserver empty. Is this correct? And when I add it to the parked domains, it says DNS not configured properly. Does this mean I have to wait the 24 hrs for it to configure? Thanx!!

You approved my account some days ago and I'm assuming that you made a typo in my sub-domain name. It was supposed to be purplemonkeydishwasher000.trap17.com. I added the cpanel and NOTHING showed up except for a search page searching for wat i put in the adress box. Now i added /cpanel in another person's sub-domain, and it showed this username and password thingy. Please i need my sub-domain's cpanel to do that too. You probably made a typo. Restore it soon thanks.
