Maybe it's just me, but whenever I've tried to log into xistosupport.com/billing today I get an error that reads "License Validation Failed." I looked at it a little and apparently it has to do with WHMCS, the billing system used, but I checked through WHMCS and that error shouldn't happen if it's a legit license of WHMCS, which xistosupport has. This is preventing me from getting into my account. Is anyone else having the same issue?

Hi.I hope somebody can help me here,as I am worried that I am backing my website up correctly. Basically the company that designed my website have a backup option for my sql in my WRC-SHOP which when downloaded comes to 23mb, but they will only allow a restore of files that are 2mb max, so there is no way for me to restore the sql from my WRC-SHOP database. Uploading Additional Web Pages In Cpanel
I have figured out how to make my homepage (index.htm) show up, but I do not seem to be autonomously capable of getting the rest of the pages to show up. I am uploading my images to an image folder in public_html and the remainder of the web pages into public_html itself. I have never done this type of web design before and have no clue what I am doing wrong- or right. I used Microsoft Publisher 2003 to design my website, if that is pertinent information. Problems After Changing Domain
Hi,i have recently bough a top level domain from GoDaddy.com and now I am having a few problems with it. I first changed the domain name with the domain name changer scirpt thing here at trap and then i set the nameservers at godaddy. It told me that this can take up to 48 hours but i think thats only the maximum because from some people ive talked to they told me that it usualy only takes a few hours. I think I' ve done everything by the book. It was allowed on the forum ACP, it is allowed by user, it seems to be allowed on the posting form, the tag list has been added at the ACP, the preview accepts it , but the posts show the raw tags as part of the post. Is there anything else I need to do?Does the Admin have to allow it? Is it dis-allowed for the trap17 free hosted accounts?Your help is appreciated.
In my FTP program I save all my settings for logging in to my site. So when I went to log in and it said the password was wrong I was pretty suprised. I don't remember messing with my log in information and I use the same password for basically everything. I need to know how to reset my FTP password. Can anybody help?
I was supposed to have 1GB of bandwidth, when I went to sleep, I remember just logging out of my cPanel and having consumed ~30MBs. Which isn't even 3% of my total allowed bandwidth. So, did someone find out my FTP password and purposely take down my site, or someone abused the upload feature on the forum and uploaded it to death? License File Expired When Logging Into Cpanel
Well looks like the servers did come back on line, but now im unable to acess my cpanel. I go to log in and I get a message that the License File Expired follwed with that is a set of numbers which id rather not show. But do I need to log a ticket for this
